Tonight :au: Modus Operandi faced off against :au: Infernal Chaos for 2nd rung on the GA ET Ladder.
First round saw iC go up 1-0 on us. However we came back convincingly taking the next 2 rounds seeing the game end with a 2-1 score in our favour.

Just a quick post to wrap up the end of season game results for modus operandi.
First up in the last game of the season mo challenged Y*Y on goldrush. With nothing to lose and a easier finals run mo put in a challenge. Unfourtunatly we were unable to put a late season blemish on Y*Y’s win loss record with them holding us out for a 2-0 win.
First game of the finals we faced team dot in a non elimination game once again on goldrush. We put in a strong effort but weren’t up to the task on the night with dot taking the game 2-0.
2nd game of the finals we faced the possibility of elimination if we were unable to defeat IC on battery. However a determined effort and a crap load of spam saw us take the game 2-0. Well played infernal chaos, you’ve had a good season.
With a close win against infernal chaos, mo* won the right to play for a position in the grandfinal. Once again we played Y*Y, a team who have proven too strong for us all season. A close game, with mo* falling just short in the last round Y*Y taking the game 2-1. On the upside we have the new season 2 settings to look forward to and a lot to learn from our last game. Congratulations to Y*Y and good luck in the finals |

Finals Update: round 2
Modus Operandi vs Infernal Chaos on battery
An important game with both teams finals campaign riding on the outcome.
First round ic set a fast time of 6:44 which saw the panic factor rise in the mo camp. However, we managed to beat the time with about 1-2 minutes to spare.
Happy to have gotten away with some weak defence we prepared for another assault on the seawall battery. We attacked and planted succesfully setting an even 5 minutes. IC were unable to beat this time and unfortunately bowed out of the finals series.
Thanks ic. ggz. A well played season 1.
