Two nights ago saw the conclusion of the Division A AusTourney 3v3 competition.
MO faced off against the Regiments of Khaos on ET_Village, despite some close rounds with numerous clutch moments, MO came away with the 3-0 win and as such were declared the winners of AusTourney Season 2, Division A. A more elaborate match report detailing the specifics plus the inclusion of our POV demos can be found here.
Thanks goes to the Gamestah for the shoutcast, QSGL for providing the match server and last but certainly not least the tournament admins and refs for all their work in running and organizing the tournament.
The Gamestah shoutcast plus caster demo has also been uploaded and is available to download here. |

AusTourney Update

Just a brief news update on MO's progress through the AusTourney 3 v 3 Enemy Territory competition.
First round saw MO taking on Infernal Chaos on Dersaidin's up and coming map Adlernest_b5. Unfortunately midway through the match iC were forced to drop a player due to other committments. The end result being 2-0 to MO.
The second round to be played on Frost against Need a Medic also had it's share of mishaps with .nam having a Game Arena match on the same time as the AusTourney match. As such they failed to show up for the match and as a result were forced to forfeit.
The third round saw MO pitted against Duckeggs on Townsquare. Duckeggs put up a good fight resulting in some close rounds however MO managed to come away with a 2-0 win.
This sees Modus Operandi moving into the grand final having to face the Regiments of Khaos, the current reigning Game Arena champions. The match will take a slightly different format of first to 3 and will no doubt be a great match to both play and watch with the promise of ETTV from the AusTourney admins. We will post the ip(s) when they are announced.

Hello! Goodbye?

It is with great disappointment that we announce an end to Nathaneal "noname-" Kane's time in our ET squad. Nathaneal was with us for just a week, and despite us all having a lot of fun, he felt that he was unable to part with his previous team Regiment of Khaos. Needless to say we are disappointed things didnt work out, however there are no hard feelings and we wish Nat the best of luck for the future.
To cover any potential shortfall, Sean "lky" Bryden has stepped out of retirement and is now on our AusTourney roster. |
