Team Modus Operandi - Inactive
10.09.2009 16:15 by Demanufacturer
|
Team Modus Operandi became inactive towards the middle of 2007 after winning Season 9 of the GameArena Enemy Territory Ladder.
Founded in August of 2003, the organization went from having a single team to a 3 division multi-gaming organization involved in Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory, Counter-Strike and Call of Duty. Along the way the team achieved what many thought would be impossible, becoming the first Australasian team to attend Quakecon in Dallas, Texas in 2005.
Modus Operandi would like to take this opportunity to give an extra special "thank you" to all of the fans and supports of the last few years who helped to motivate the team to its successes. It did not go unnoticed!

Dman: THE Interview
22.04.2007 18:17 by mozzey

Special Guest interviewer Bsr has sat down for a chat with our very own Demanufacturer. In the beginning of a series of MO player interviews, Bsr breaks down the MO manager's career, controversial history and looks towards the future of MO. Here's a snippet:
Were you responsible for calling the strats and leading the team from the outset?..
..the biggest turning point in my leadership style was a post match conversation I had with Warmachine where we were talking about the calls that were made and how something cost us a game. He gave me what became one of the keys to my leadership style. He said "Andrew, you're not always going to make the right call, but the call HAS to be made"

Status Check: MO.ET

Last week MO.ET finished up the regular season in Season 9 of GA ET. The 3rd game of the season against local rivals Adversus was played out on sunday, seeing MO come away with their 3rd minor premiership to date.
The team has played 3 matches this season due to a lack of challenges, all against Adversus. After being dealt a loss in our first match of the season, schism stepped down returning to inactivity.
Next generation MO star trac1d came back to answer the call and round out the 6 man lineup. The team was then able to secure 2 wins to finish off the season in number 1 spot.
With finals ahead and competition heating up, MO are busy preparing for what is set to be an awesome finals series.
In other Wolfenstein: ET news, Demanufacturer and shaggy both participated in Good Game's ET Roffle Cup, to be screened on ABC 2 at a date to be announced. Good Game is Australia's premier gaming show on free to air TV. You can check out their site, and a sneak peak of their ET preparation here. |
